Strengthening Exchanges and Cooperation with the Department of Civil Aviation of the Lao PDR in Preparation for the ICAO USOAP-CMA Audit (22/01/2026)

On 21 January 2026, a delegation of the Department of Civil Aviation of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (DCAL), led by Director General Mr. Viengxay Singkham, paid a working visit to Viet Nam to exchange experience and learn from Viet Nam’s practices in preparation for the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme under the Continuous Monitoring Approach (USOAP-CMA), in anticipation of Lao PDR’s upcoming audit activities.
