I am very saddened to hear about the flight QV 301 dated 16 Oct 2013. On behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam (CAAV), its staff and on my own, I would like to express our deepest condolences and sympathies of the accident of the flight QV 301 dated 16 Oct 2013.
On this opportunity, I would like to send you profound condolences and through you to Lao Airlines as well as families of the victims. I hope that you will quickly overcome the consequences of the accident and continue to maintain the orderly and effectively the flow of air transport.
